Matt founded the world’s first carbon neutral food brand – Neutral – and scaled it nationally across 2,000 farms, 500 Whole Foods locations, and investors like Bill Gates. Prior to Neutral, Matt spent six years at Nike – focused on product innovation as a leader in the company’s footwear division. Way back when, he received his MBA from MIT, and has lived in Portland for the last 11 years with his brilliant wife and two adventurous daughters.
With 19 years of experience in QSR and retail management, Sarah has cultivated a reputation for strong leadership and a deep passion for building amazing teams. Most recently serving as the General Manager for Panera Bread, Sarah has demonstrated a consistent ability to develop and grow teams with care and dedication, ensuring a customer-first mentality that fosters genuine connections. Outside of work, Sarah is an artist at heart, with a creative touch that transcends into everything they do. As a dedicated mom, balancing family and career with passion and heart, Sarah is driven by the simple but powerful belief that great teams and human connections are the foundation of success.
Will was an exec product + design + eng leader at Zappos, Wish, and various other tech companies. He's a former dishwasher, busboy, waiter, and host at O'Donals family restaurants (RIP) and is actually In-n-out famous. He's a proud #girldad with 2 little ones.
Molly Baz is a 2x New York Times bestselling cookbook author of Cook This Book (2021) & More is More (2023), recipe developer, and video host whose number one goal in life is to convince the world that cooking is fun, and not that hard to do if you’re properly set up. When she’s not writing books, Molly hosts a subscription digital recipe club, The Club, where she drops new recipes weekly for her fans. When she’s not doing that, you can find her at home sipping on a glass of Drink This Wine (that’s her natural wine company!) in her butter-colored kitchen while filming her hit YouTube series, Hit The Kitch; a casual, never too serious but always educational cooking show. Molly lives in Los Angeles with her husband Ben, their son Gio, and their mini dachshund, named Tuna.
Nora is a seasoned food stylist, recipe developer, and culinary producer with over a dozen years of training in food television, video production, and recipe development across editorial, web, and commercial industries. Her clients include Martha Stewart Living, PBS, Bon Appétit, Real Simple, Epicurious and The Food Network.
